Centering
Prayer is a receptive method of silent prayer in which we experience God's
presence within us, closer than breathing, closer than thinking, closer than
consciousness itself. This method of prayer is both a relationship with God and
a discipline to foster that relationship.
Centering Prayer will not meet July 1 and July 8.

Reading Between the Lines

Beginning Sunday, June 23, we will be reading, marking, and inwardly digesting the book God's Ghostwriters: Enslaved Christians and the Making of the Bible by Candida Moss. The book is available at many places, including most public libraries. Copies are available at the St. John's Cathedral Bookstore and can be mailed to you if you can't pick them up.
