Voices from Palestine and Israel
The American Friends of the Parents Circle – Families Forum was at St. John's Cathedral on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Dean Kate Moorehead Carroll moderated a discussion "Voices from Palestine and Israel" with Yuval and Mohamed, two members of the Parents Circle. Their conversation shed light on the human side of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The discussion revealed how reconciliation and peace can emerge from tragedy and grief.
The Parents Circle – Families Forum is a unique organization comprising over 700 bereaved families from both sides of the conflict. United by the profound loss of a loved one, these families have chosen a remarkable path of reconciliation over revenge.
